If you have enough motivation to train solo, then all you need is to follow a well structured training plan and diet. By engaging me to construct your program you will benefit from many years of success and mistakes. Knowing what not to do is just as important as knowing what to do.

Programming issues such as training frequency, training times, session lengths, training intensity and of course exercises, sets and reps will be addressed.

A sound diet is essential to deliver the body you want. It also can be the most difficult part to adhere to of any fitness regime. Our first step for you to get on track is to complete a 3-4 day food diary writing down everything you ingest. Do not try to be good, an honest written record will allow me to determine your overall calorie, fat, protein, carbohydrate and fibre intake. That information, together with your weight loss/gain history, will enable me to prescribe an eating plan. Each plan will be individual. In my experience, the closer the diet is to your typical food choices, the more a person will be able to stick to it. Generally, most people are reasonably diet conscious, and with a few tweaks can be put on the right path.

I have my Level One Anthropometry qualifications. This means I have been trained to perform measurements (girth, body fat). You may or may not wish to record these figures as part of the plan.

Nutrition Plans

Nutrition is one area where most people fail, not so much wilfully, but by being unaware of what are the best foods to eat and when to eat them. My aim is to teach you the ins and outs of the optimal eating plan for your individual body type and circumstance. Not only to reach your goal, but to have some sustainability to maintain the results you achieve.

I am known as someone who is always in shape. Let me show you how to unlock your potential with a tailored diet based on sound nutritional principles, no fads or myths.
